Casa Valparaíso was completely renovated in 2020, it is well isulated and equipped with hot/cold air conditioning in all bedrooms and living room/kitchen.
The powerful gas heater (city gas) allows you to always have hot water for 2 showers at the same time.
High speed Internet throughout the house: 300Mb fiber
The ground floor was specially designed for children and people with reduced mobility, without steps and with wide accesses. It has 2 double bedrooms (1 and 2) and one triple (3) including a bunk bed. A living-dining connects with the patio.
There is a fully equipped studio in the 1st floor and from the patio you can access
the upper terrace and bedroom 4.
Please note: The house sleeps 11 comfortably (even up to 12 with an extra bed), but the size of the dining/living/patio area is more suitable for about 8 people.
More persons are possible, 12 people can sit at the dining room table incl. folding table and also the patio can be extended with the living room with the door open, however the house is more suitable for many people when life is more outdoors during the day.
